Payment Policy
Your contract will be with New Line Travel, an Egyptian tour operator. New Line Travel is a Member of the Egyptian Travel agent association (E.T.A.A).
After your choice and inquiry of the excursions, we will check the availability and send you the final arrangement with booking confirmation form, which has to be filled in and send back to us by e-mail.
Same time a deposit of 50% of the total amount will be required to confirm any booking to make process for your tourism services from New Line Travel and can be paid either.via our online payment page , or Western Union Bank or transferred to our bank account.
Final payment can be cash upon arrival to one of our New Line Travel Representatives.
All prices shown include taxes.

Cancellation
Must be in writing and can either be per email or telefax.

Cancellation Fee
In case you cancel the excursion following cancellation fees will apply:
– Before 30 days 25% of total amount will be deducted.
– Between 29 and 15 days 50%. of total amount will be deducted.
– Between 1 and 14 days 100 % of total amount will be deducted.
Refund
No refund possible if no show. Refund will be made to the same card account using the same method as the original payment.
Please note that in case you cancel your excursion, transaction fees will be deducted from the paid amount.

Children Policy (Excursions)
0-2,99 years free of charge
3- 11,99 years 50% of total amount
Children above 12 years are considered as adults.

Complaints
In case you are not satisfied with the services during your stay in Egypt or you have a complaint, please contact immediately our customer hotline, as most problems can be solved on the spot.
When you return home and you are still not satisfied with our services, you can write your complaint to info@newlinetravel.net .
